About Landon

Landon Harvey is an award-winning ventriloquist, writer, and entertainer who has dedicated his career to using creativity as a way to connect with children and families. Known for his viral videos and innovative puppetry, Landon blends laughter, music, and storytelling to help kids discover the power of imagination and the importance of kindness.

From a young age, Landon found his spark in a treehouse built by his dad. It became the place where he invented characters, dreamed up adventures, and learned how imagination could make even the hardest days brighter. That same spirit of curiosity and playfulness now inspires Up in the Treehouse, where Landon invites audiences to join him and his cast of imaginary friends on an uplifting journey filled with friendship and fun.

Landon’s work has reached millions online, but his greatest passion is creating live experiences that inspire kids to believe in themselves, treat others with empathy, and use their creativity to solve problems. Whether it’s a wisecracking jackalope, a lovable hound, or a quirky spider, each of his characters shares a lesson about resilience, teamwork, and celebrating who you are.

Why a Treehouse?

When Landon was a child, his favorite place to dream, imagine, and create was his treehouse. High above the ground, it felt like a world of its own—a safe space where anything was possible. In that treehouse, he could invent characters, tell stories, and use his imagination to turn everyday moments into adventures.

Today, Landon uses the treehouse as a symbol to teach children the same lessons. A treehouse reminds kids that:

  • Everyone needs a special place where they feel safe, valued, and free to be themselves.

  • Imagination has no limits—when you climb “up, up, up,” your creativity can take you anywhere.

  • Friendship and kindness make the strongest foundation—just like the beams and branches that hold a treehouse steady.

  • Learning is an adventure—climbing into the treehouse means exploring new ideas, building character, and growing together.

Through puppetry, storytelling, and music, Landon invites children into his treehouse—so they can discover their own.

NEW SHOW!

'UP! In The Treehouse'

with ventriloquist Landon Harvey & His Imaginary Friends

The newest character-education program from Landon Harvey!

At 'Up in the Treehouse', you, your students, and staff will discover that imagination and friendship can lift up, look up, and light up every day. Treehouses come in all shapes and sizes—just like people. Some are quiet reading nooks, some are bustling clubhouses, and some are launchpads for big dreams. Wherever your “treehouse” is—on a stage, in a classroom, or in your heart—you can climb higher with kindness, creativity, and teamwork.

Award-winning ventriloquist and viral creator Landon Harvey (and his cast of whimsical friends—a jackalope, a hound, a friendly spider, and even a lovable zombie) explore what to do when life feels “down on the ground.” Unlike ladders, people don’t have a one-step fix; we sometimes need to pause, breathe, and lift each other up. Through comedy, music, and call-and-response, Landon shows how empathy, positive choices, and resilience help us find our way.

Join us Up in the Treehouse as we discover how imagination + character help us climb:

Up in the treehouse, or down on the ground,
imagination and kindness, spread it around.

Program length: ~50 minutes (fits within a class period)
Focus areas: kindness, empathy, teamwork, creativity, resilience
Format: live ventriloquism, original music, interactive storytelling, audience participation
